Our client, a global Financial Services organisation and recognised brand, is recruiting into their HR Service delivery team, for a well-rounded service delivery specialist with emphasis on Benefits and Reward capability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with offshore Shared Services team on a regular basis
  • Benefits, Reward & Payroll operations
  • HR Governance
  • Partnering with Resourcing on Reward related discussions
  • Working with benefits vendors, insurance partners, third party administrators
