About the role:
Reporting in to the Group CEO, this individual will support the firm-wide business strategies from the HR lenses. This CHRO is part of the Senior Management Committee and will keep the company abreast of market knowledge including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, as well as Employee Relations. This role is the leader to the global HR team (in various COE's) in driving People Initiatives, Culture and Engagement, Talent Management, Organisational Designs.
