A fast growing media client of ours is hiring for a Recruiter to join their team for a contract engagement of 4-6 months to assist with their unprecedented growth.
This role will be far from one-dimensional. In this role, you'll work directly the business to discuss their hiring needs and formulate strategies. You'll assist and coordinate the development of strategic recruitment plans targeting creative profiles and some technical ones. You'll perform interviews to determine candidates' suitability through various methods and advise hiring managers to help them make effective hiring decisions. You'll also create reports on hiring progress, market mapping and other recruiting metrics. You will also maintain and manage outstanding and best-in-class communication with all candidates.
As a Recruiter, you'll bring your innovative approach to this role. You'll have a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience and possess hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle. Prior experience working within digital/media is required. You'll have vast knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting and other creative approaches), experience with campus recruiting, and have excellent communication and decision-making skills with outstanding organizational and detail-oriented abilities.
