About the Company
Our client, a well-established brand name in the region, and a leader in the industry - is looking for a hands-on Corporate Recruiter to join the high performing Singapore team. The current HR team is experienced and highly collaborative, so this will provide a great platform for a Superstar Corporate Recruiter to join a team that is creating and adding value to the wider organisation. The successful candidate can look forward to working in an organisation which prides itself on providing a strong work culture and open communication across all its employees, including career opportunities in future.
This person will execute the recruitment strategy (manage full cycle of recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, pre-screening, facilitating and/or conducting interviews, handling work passes etc.) and drive a high calibre, proactive pipeline of talent. You will be responsible for the implementation of all recruitment and talent management activities. You will successfully manage, and close multiple requisitions against a timeline. You should be well-versed in Singapore Employment Act.
A fast-paced environment which will require a strong and resilient individual to drive a high-performance culture. This person will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with business leaders and managers - serving as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in aspect of talent sourcing and acquisition. Able to work independently, is proactive, and adaptable to changes or ambiguity.
