The initial areas of focus will be on creating a culture and capablity to improve representation, engagement, development and promotion of underrepresented groups.
You will be expected to consistently gather and monitor data to analyse the business and employee needs to ensure a truly inclusive environment.
You will be responsible for building and developing strong partnerships with business leaders and external providers to support with the delivery of D&I and ensure there is a clear plan in place, with ROI evaluated consistently.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a business who have a real appetite for change and are ready to bring the business forward from a D&I perspective.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a Diversity and Inclusion role or function, with experience on both delivering and designing a firms strategy. Alternatively, if you have experience in an HR position with exposure to D&I, this could also work.
