We have partnered with a leading global financial services firm for a Diversity and Inclusion Partner to join the business on an initial 6-12 month FTC.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will have responsibility of really driving and integrating a D&I strategy for the business, with a particular focus on their technology division.
The initial areas of focus will be on creating a culture and capablity to improve representation, engagement, development and promotion of underrepresented groups.
You will be responsible for building and developing strong partnerships with business leaders and external providers to support with the delivery of D&I and ensure there is a clear plan in place, with ROI evaluated consistently.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a business who have a real appetite for change and are ready to bring the business forward from a D&I perspective.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a Diversity and Inclusion function, with experience on both delivering and designing a firms strategy. Financial Services or Technology experience is highly preferred.
This role has a global remit, so experience working with offices across different countries will be beneficial.
