One of the world's leading financial services businesses is now looking to recruit a Deferred Compensation Specialist. Reporting into (and occasionally deputising for) the Head of Share Plans this role will act as a key advisor on the design, governance and compliance of the Group's executive deferral and LTI plans, with a specific focus on large strategic change projects (e.g. new incentives, new regulation, corporate change and M&A activity). Key duties will be to deliver effective design, operation and change implementation for all global executive incentives including deferred bonuses, LTIPs, cash and fund plans, and carried interest. You will act as an internal point of contact for compensation related queries on a global basis, obtaining third party advice where appropriate, and highlighting any regulatory issues which may impact arrangements currently in place. As a result the business is looking to meet experienced Share Plan Managers or Executive Reward Managers who would enjoy working in a fast paced environment within a business that is uniquely placed in its peer group. Candidates must have significant, previous share plans experience to include non-UK locations, together with significant experience managing both discretionary and all-employee plans.
