We are partnering with a growing talent and culture consultancy firm who are expanding and building upon the advisory work they do within the talent and leadership development advisory space. This is an opportunity to join them as Director, developing and growing the practice with a particular focus on culture transformation, employee experience, organisational transformation to support clients in evolving and enhancing their employee proposition and employee life cycle.
Working across a range of sectors, this role will take a lead in growing and developing culture consulting solutions, with a formal revenue target to deliver and working with a wider consulting team. Leading client engagements from initial conversation, shaping and creating commercial agreements, understanding clients current organisational culture through road mapping of target culture and delivery of the project on time and in line with expectations.
You will have a background in consulting with deep expertise in culture and organisational development and be able to show current revenues of six or seven figures. A strong academic track record and a passion for delivering excellence and client value are all core to this opportunity.
