We're seeking a Compensation Focused Total Rewards professionals with solid benefits knowledge and a really good grasp of global work in both areas, but particularly in benefits across EMEA and APAC. This exciting role requires an individual who can effectively serve as the Global Head of Total Rewards reporting into an exceptional US based CHRO, but as this function is lean in the US (all direct reports are compensation professionals and based in the UK) it is best suited for a director who can be both strategic and hands on.
You'll join a fantastic 1,500 person, highly global professional services firm (similar industry is preferred), and oversee a team of 4 compensation professionals. Experience with Partner (or similar) level compensation work is highly desired and ideal candidates will be able to tell stories using data, interface at the executive level, and project manage a variety of initiatives around syncronization and strategy work.This position will sit 1-2 days per week in one of the two office locations:
~New Haven, CT or New York City (Midtown) with occasional trips to which ever office is not this hire's preferred home base) post-COVID-19 restrictions lifting.
