Director, Talent Management/L&D

Up to 180k base, plus bonus
Our client is a long-standing, boutique financial services firm in the midst of implementing a true Human Resources function to support their growth ambitions. They are seeking a Director, Talent Management to work hand-in-hand with the Head of HR in establishing all Learning & Development programs and supporting the development of broader talent initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, etc.
The ideal candidate will have depth of experience in hands-on L&D content creation and delivery, with financial services experience required and preferably a blend of more creative industry exposure as well. This leader will exemplify entrepreneurialism, the ambition to build something from the ground up, and true comfort with end-to-end execution, married with the opportunity to partner with the Head of HR on the entire people strategy. The Director, Talent Management will have strong technical skills including e-learning and graphics development, but also a solid understand of HR/LMS systems in order to advise around the firm's adoption of appropriate technologies.
