Are you an experienced Diversity & Inclusion Manager with a background designing and delivering on D&I agendas for a global client group? If so, this position within a global professional services firm could be of interest. You will project manage the D&I Programs, leverage any opportunity to integrate the strategy within the business agendas and work alongside core commercial leaders to influence from the top down.
Reporting into a Global CSR/Diversity Lead, the role will have a more junior Diversity & Inclusion Manager working within the team to support. Beyond the programs, being able to manage the businesses eight diversity networks and develop a full suite of events throughout the year is key. This will require someone comfortable being the go to Subject Matter Expert across the organisation and develop best practice methodology and communications.
A key relationship will be with the lateral and graduate recruitment teams, ensuring the pool of talent being engaged with is wider and more diverse. Beyond this the Diversity & Inclusion Manager will handle the data insights and reporting, evaluate the impact of activity against KPI's and develop new policy if required.
