We're helping our client, a hi-growth, global management consulting firm with 5000+ employees, to hire a Manager of Diversity & Inclusion to support 2 practice groups in The Americas region. This is a newly created role that will be based in New York City. Come January, the firm will transition employees to a hybrid working model with 2-3 days onsite and 2-3 days offsite.
Our client is seeking candidates with 5+ years of D&I advisory and program management experience. While open on industry, professional services sector experience would be a strong plus. The role reports into a Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion who has been with the firm for nearly 3 years. This will be a dedicated resource to the 2 practices, working in partnership with the senior leaders to implement and drive global D&I practices and programs. As the D&I expert aligned with these practices, you'll have the opportunity to modify the initiatives to meet the needs of the business and ensure adoption. A creative approach to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture is critical for success in this role, as is the ability to analyze metrics and measure progress.
