Diversity Senior Recruiter
NYC or Washington DC (hybrid work model)
175k+ base plus bonus
Our client is renowned Private Equity leader who is looking to add a senior diversity recruiting professional to their team. This role can be based in NYC or DC with a hybrid work model. This is a newly created role established to more proactively drive the firm's efforts in identifying broader talent pools, to develop and nurture relationships with potential talent, and to spearhead external partnerships. There is additional opportunity to support work within the firm's portfolio organizations.
An ideal background will include 8+ years of recruiting with experience in financial services and a strong skillset specific to diversity recruiting initiatives and partnerships. The role will necessitate strategic ability, with exposure and partnership at the firm's senior most levels, while remaining very hands-on with recruiting and talent management efforts day-to day.
