I am currently partnering with a global financial services business who are looking to recruit an Employee Relations Specialist to join their high-performing and respectable Employee Relations team where you will report directly into the Global Head of Employee Relations.
Working as part of this Employee Relations team you will be responsible for delivering effective outcomes in all areas of Employee Relations. You will be directly involved with internal clients where you will handle all aspects of disciplinary or performance management issues, grievances, short or long term leave absence and all kinds of parental leave. Alongside the more operational ER activity you will also have the opportunity to be involved in project work from M&A and restructuring activity.
To be considered for this ER Specialist role you will need proven experience of Employee Relations within a Financial Services environment whether that's within a HR Business Partner/HR Generalist role or a specialist ER position.
