Supporting the client through a period of change, areas of focus may include:
- Leadership of the Global Employee Relations Strategy
- Developing Employee Relations strategy and policy that drive a positive employee relations culture
- Leading the development and review of all employment policies and employment contracts
- Overall governance of compliance and reputation agenda associated with employee relations:
- Minimising the exposure of employment related litigation, by working with HRDs and legal team on complex employment matters
- Build ER capability across the organisation (HR Function & Line managers)
