Growing rapidly both organically and through acquisition, this organisation with over 200 primarily remote employees, is looking for its first Global Head of HR.
Reporting to the CEO, but partnering with the senior management team, the Global Head of HR will have overall responsibility for Human Resources worldwide with employees across the UK, Europe, Asia and North America.
This position encompasses the end-to-end development and execution of the HR strategy including employee experience, learning and development, compensation and benefits, legal compliance through to Talent acquisition and employer branding.
Due to the size and scale of the organisation, the successful candidate will need to be well versed in all operational aspects of HR as well as the vision and strategic capability to relaunch the function. There is a strong desire to further evolve the current function with continued investment and headcount.
Given the organisations geographical footprint, the successful individual will have supported multiple regions. With hands on experience of supporting a largely remote business. Strong communication skills will be key in driving change remotely whilst being aware of cultural sensitivities.
The successful candidate will bring experience from similar sized, fast growth environments. This would be the ideal position for somebody looking to take their experience of leading a function / division across more geographies.
This position will be based in the UK however travel will be required weekly to the London offices.
