We are delighted to partner with our client who is a global leader in the high tech industrial sector with strong 80% year-over-year growth and business expansion across multiple locations. Headquartered in Europe, the organisation is going through a significant transformation across both the business and HR function and they are looking to bring on board Global Head of Talent Acquisition to join the team in Singapore to drive the transformation, lead strategic projects and develop capabilities within the function.
Based in Singapore and reporting to the Chief HR Officer, the Global Head of Talent Acquisition will be building an in-house team of talent acquisition specialists globally and partnering with existing RPO partners. With strong sponsorship from Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors, you will provide the vision and leadership to execute on global talent needs to support business growth and drive performance. You will be the subject matter expert when it comes to the full suite of talent acquisition, from creating a consistent and great candidate experience through robust processes and standards to positioning the organization as an "employer of choice" within the competitive market. Thought leadership on the entire Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) approach to talent acquisition, and alignment of the TA function to the business agenda is another critical priority.
To succeed in this role, the candidate should have at least 15+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience as a TA leader, managing a global team, with a solid experience working in a large global corporation, ideally in the high tech industry. You should come with a strong understanding of internal and external marketing, Employee Value Proposition, brand augmentation and advertising strategies. The candidate must be comfortable in training, developing and leading a successful team of highly driven TA professionals. Previous hands-on experience managing Asia markets is a must.
