I am supporting a fantastic CPO in hiring a HR Director to join a rapid growth data business. The business currently operates across EMEA and APAC however has a key strategic agenda for the US. This role will be critical in shaping the pathway to achieve this. The business currently employees 400 staff across 24 locations. Managing a team of 5, including DR's both in the US and the UK, the role will play a vital role as part of the newly formed global HR leadership team as well as partnering with business leaders in market. In this role there will be a lot to do, the CPO is 9 months into post and there is a big task to build a progressive central HR strategy and function whilst continuing to support the business today with all aspects of HR. Whilst there are central expertise in both TA and Reward this role will need to form and repurpose Business Partnering and broader HR operations.
Prior experience working in a growth focused tech business would be ideal however transferable sectors such as ecommerce, media would be considered. The role can offer either a longer term move to the US or indeed a future CPO role, however, the role today is building capability therefore being able to demonstrate both strategic vision but HR delivery will be key. This business is very global and has a broad remote workforce, prior experience with managing and supporting this sort of population would be ideal.
The role can be based out of either the London or Leeds office and will require some travel as well as offering a hybrid work pattern.
