Our client, a leading global specialist in gases and chemicals for industrial uses internationally, is currently searching to appoint a Global Learning and Development Manager, to reinforce the Group´s human capital organisational transformation. The role can be based in Spain, Belgium or UK and will be an integral member in designing and defining the learning strategy.
The main focus of the role will be to provide expert advice and strategy and support the group´s Learning and Development strategy and bring in modern and innovative tools and methodologies globally.
You will bring several years of pioneering learning & development expertise, especially with designing coporate university models, as well as, agility from modern engineering, oil and gas environments. Having a proven track record in designing and implementing inventive programs across large organisations and green fields, you will have the capacity of leading innovative plans and become an agent of transformation and change across the Group.
You will work as part of a dynamic and high calibre team and will be responsible for cascading the development strategy in all regions of the Group, taking a lead in major and high-profile learning initiatives and monitoring progress.
The role requires a can-do attitude, resourcefulness and hands on capability.
