In light of their outstanding performance, this company is undergoing an exciting growth phrase in their business expansion and HR will play a highly critical and visible role to drive this transformation.

As part of the Global CEO's mandate to drive and build strong "ready pool" of talents, they are recruiting for a high calibre Talent Manager to conceptualise, design and drive talent management and development programmes across their operations globally.

Job Description

Reporting to the Global Talent Director, the Talent Manger will be the advisor to design, implement and improve their talent management and leadership programmes, across multiple sites and/or locations. Working closely with the senior business leaders and HR Directors, the Global Talent Manager will identify and deliver appropriate and effective solutions to drive and prepare a "talent ready" organisation, which includes but not limited to, talent engagement, talent development, succession planning, strategic workforce planning and performance management.

In additional, the Global Talent Manager will play a key role in the enhancement of the company's Leadership programmes/academy.

The Successful Candidate

You should have at least 10 years of track record in talent management experience, preferably gained from a highly matrix and fast paced environment. You should have a strong exposure in implementing talent and development strategies across different geographies and cultures. Prior experience in Manufacturing / High Tech will be advantageous. You are analytical and solutions oriented individual with a strong foundation in customising and catering talent management solutions and processes, as well as leadership development knowledge. Coupled with excellent communication and influencing skills, you are a team player, self-starter and culturally sensitive to drive talent programmes across multiple sites.
