Group HR Change Manager - Agile - Financial Services

We are partnering exclusively with a leading global financial services organisation to hire a Group HR Change Manager (SVP level). Reporting in to the Group Head of HR Change, this person will be responsible for leading, defining, executing and transitioning new group wide HR processes and governance related to agile and new company-wide HR ways of working. This will result in the decommissioning of existing ways of working.

About the role:
As a Group HR Change Manager, this individual will be responsible for managing group HR agile adoption and HR new ways of working end-to-end internationally on a large global scale, including:

Defining the strategy
Defining the agile aligned Target Operating Model outlining clear roles and responsibilities
Creating the Group wide HR Change & Communications plans (including impact assessments, user readiness e.g.system and process plans, defining key group wide comms, engagement, HR change agents) partnering closely with Group HR PM's, Change Managers, HR Leadership and the business
Building bespoke training and content to support with the transition towards agile new ways of working
As a SME, maintaining materials on Bridge, Confluence, JIRA, Trello and Mural
Embedding the Group's Values and Group Code of Conduct to ensure adherence with the highest standards of ethics as well as regulatory and business conduct.

You will be an accomplished HR Change Manager with a track record specialising in large scale global HR transformation, with a focus on agile methodologies and ways of working. You will ideally have a combination of HR Management Consulting and recent in house financial services experience. You will be comfortable partnering directly with and influencing Leadership dispersed globally, operating as a team leader and individual contributor.
