Head of Benefits
Up to ~225k base salary
Our client is a top tier law firm with a century of experience in financial and corporate law, currently seeking a Benefits leader to assume leadership of the function, based in their downtown New York City office (currently remote).
This leader will run the day-to-day benefits operations for a 500-person organization along-side one direct report, while helping to evolve the firm's offerings as they continue to grow. This is a hands-on yet highly strategic role, working directly with the senior Partners of the firm to drive impact and change. The client is looking for candidates with decades worth of well-rounded experience in Health & Welfare, Retirement and Wellness, with current or prior law firm experience highly preferred, or other relevant Partnership environment experience.
