This leading niche law firm based in the City is looking for a Head of HR to join its growing firm.
As a specialist practice this firm has seen solid growth over the last 10 years and continues to grow. As a result they are looking for a Head of HR to steer the HR function and build up from its current foundations. This is a fully generalist role covering all aspects from Legal Recruitment, Learning, ER and policies/Procedures. Initially in a stand alone role this opportunity will allow you to then build a small team around you and in turn move the function forward.
The successful candidate will already be operating at Senior HR Manager level or Head of HR and looking for their next role. You will have strong legal experience covering all areas of the HR generalist spectrum including recruitment of lawyers.
Working closely with the CEO and Managing Partner you will be the main point of contact for all employee related issues and be seen as a trusted advisor in this area. The firm is looking to meet candidates who are solid HR generalists with strong experience of working within the legal sector.
