About the Company

A European-based MNC within the Tech space that has an ambitious growth plans for South East Asia. It is a high energy team with strong collaborative culture. Due to their growth, there is a need to hire an experienced Head of HR to join their SEA leadership team. The successful Head of HR will evaluate their business model and advise on HR strategies during a period of 6 months.

Job Description

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of HR will be the key advisor to the Asia Pacific leadership team, where he / she will critically evaluate and analyse their current HR model, strategies and policies, and provide recommendations to support their business objectives - and from there executing it. You will create and implement HR strategies - playing both a hands-on and strategic role to ensure the business is well supported on all HR agenda.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate should have at least 12 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in change transformation, preferably with a Consulting / Tech background. You have a proven track record of business partnering with senior leadership team to craft out new, innovative and forward-thinking HR strategies. You have excellent communication and influencing skills to support a diverse leadership team.

Essential: This person must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing demanding stakeholders, and comes with experience in change management. Bilingual speakers required (English & Mandarin) as you will be the main point of contact in the local office to liaise with your Chinese counterpart.
