We have been retained on a highly exciting Head of People (Asia) search, partnering with one of the most highly regarded growing Fintech start-ups across the region, with a clear vision and strong sense of purpose. The fin-tech has just raised further sizeable funding which will enable them to double in size over the course of the next 18 months+. With this in mind, they are looking for a passionate and driven HR BP who is looking to step up in to a People Leadership role.

You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to define and implement the HR / People strategy from scratch across a number of countries across Asia, with a focus on SEA.

Operating in a strategic and operational role, you will determine the strategic people priorities, set up the HR infrastructure, translate the company-wide vision and mission in to people initiatives, driving a consistent culture across the organisation. You will develop the talent management and development proposition, including reviewing succession planning and leadership development. You will put in place a fit for purpose rewards strategy and processes which align with the strategic objectives of the organisation as it continues to grow. You will define and implement a best in class HR function and HR Ops managing people processes from on-boarding to exit as the company continues to grow and expand across the region. You will also build a people team.

You will be a HR Business Partner or Senior HR Manager who is looking to grow in to a Head of People position over time in line with ongoing growth of the company. You will ideally have started your career perhaps in a bigger corporate in HR or HR change management consulting and transitioned in to a start-up a few years down the line due to your passion for building and creating something exciting! Financial Services, Fintech, Tech or professional services experience is required. Degree and / or HR qualification is required.
