A thriving US listed technology company is now looking for an Interim Head of Reward to join them on a fixed term contract (at least 6, possibly 9 months duration) to help establish their reward function. The first task will be to create a global equity scheme, covering both the design, development and implementation of the scheme and manage their other incentive schemes, ensuring they are competitive, market aligned and in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and tax rules. You will also ensure that they are run and administrated in an operationally efficient manner, outsourcing where required to suitable third parties. This is an excellent role for a total compensation specialist to land meaningful compensation projects that will help shape and determine the direction of this businesses future reward journey. Reporting into the CPO, and with close collaboration with the C-Suite, this will be a highly visible role, requiring confident and robust stakeholder management skills. The business is only looking to meet candidates who are immediately available (or within 4 weeks) and have created equity reward plans that include the US.
