This is a great opportunity to join an established and highly professional HR team with a fantastic business based in Plymouth as an HR & Payroll Advisor.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work closely with HR colleagues to provide an effective HR service to a UK headcount that is based across several sites. This will include all processes, policies and procedures including administrative support as well as all first level HR queries. You will also be responsible for preparing and running the monthly payroll process.
You will be working at a similar level with proven experience of generalist HR, UK employment law and HR administration. This will also need to include experience of processing payroll, complex calculations, and delivering the end to end payroll process on a monthly basis. You will be highly organised with good attention detail and the ability to communicate and build effective working relationships at all levels.
