New Role - HR Assistant, Bath
Salary £26,000 - £28,000 + benefits & Hybrid working.
I am delighted to be partnering with a forward thinking and highly successful Professional Services firm in Bath to help them recruit an HR Assistant. This is a great role for someone who is looking to take the next step in their HR career and wanting to work for a firm who are experiencing huge growth.
As the HR Assistant you will have full responsibility for all administration across the employee life cycle, this will include, starters, leavers, inductions, pre-employment checks, referencing, absence reporting and annual leave requests. As the HR Assistant you will also be the subject matter expert for the HR System, you will ensure the HRIS is being utilised effectively and to its full capacity, working with the wider business to ensure processes work effectively resulting in a seamless service for the end user. You will work closely with the wider HR & L&D teams supporting in generalist HR activity as well as recruitment. You will be the first point of contact for all HR advice and guidance as well as providing first line support to all staff and managers on the HR system.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate a solid and impressive work history within a supportive HR administrative role. You will have a real interest and enjoy working with HR Systems demonstrating your ability to provide up to date HR reports as well as analysing data and making recommendations. You will be a self-starter who works with accuracy and excellent attention to detail, you will be highly organised, a pro active team player and someone who is ambitious and motivated to succeed.
Your understanding of HR processes and procedures along with your can-do attitude, HR systems experience and willingness to learn will be of real interest to my client.
