There is an exciting new opportunity for an HR Assistant to join an international professional services firm. The salary on offer is between £22,000-£28,000 depending on the amount of experience you are able to offer to this role.
As the Human Resources assistant you will be delivering high quality HR services. Your day to day responsibilities will involve dealing with manager and employee queries, discussing probation, exit interviews, leave, flexible working, and health and performance management. You will also be assisting your HR advisors and business partners on HR issues and employee relations. You will be required to support with cyclical HR activity including performance reviews and annual rewards.

Being the Human Resources Assistant your other responsibilities will include working with senior team members to contribute towards constant improvement across the HR function, and ensuring a steady workflow for the HR administration team. You will also be responsible for keeping up with the data held on the HR database as well as on other systems. You will also be required to provide data for surveys including salary surveys. The team will need you to run reports and present the data in a way that is easily accessible as well as user friendly. This will also involve assisting in the compilation of quarterly HR reports along with reports for the management team.

As the ideal HR assistant, your strong educational background, prior experience in HR, and IT skills will be of a great advantage to you; along with your ability to pay attention to detail. The relationships that you build will be based upon trust, respect and service delivery. You will deliver services in a proactive manner, and be flexible according to the business's needs as and when it changes.
