Our client, a top-tier global law firm, consistently recognized as a leader in diversity, corporate culture, career progression, compensation and training, is seeking an HR Assistant to come join their team in DC.
This role will largely focus on the administrative side of HR, ensuring their systems are accurate, running and analyzing reports, scheduling meetings, coordinating interviews and serving as a first point of contact to the broader employee population. Through time this role will evolve into a broader coordinator position with increasing levels of exposure, autonomy and opportunity in the HR space.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of practical, hands-on HR experience, or 6-months of full-time, coordination/administrative experience coupled with relevant internships and a strong educational background.
