About the Role
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, you provide HR administration for all areas in the HR processes including onboarding & offboarding, reference checks, appraisals, performance management, salary review, secondment, diversity & inclusion initiatives, and data maintenance in the internal HR system.
Essential: 3 years of working experience and above, preferably in a HR / Administrative support role. Comfortable with providing operational support. Excellent communicator and a good team player. Flexible and proactive. Experience working in the professional/financial services industry will be advantageous.
Language: Fluent in English and Cantonese.
