We have a current opportunity for a HR BP on a fixed term contract basis. The position will be based in London. For further information about this position please apply.
You will be involved in the creating and driving of the creating and driving of the people strategy. The role has a broad generalist remit and you will touch everything from Learning, performance, engagement, DE&I and Recruitment and selection. You should be confident with ER and had previous experience leading on restructures, redundancies and settlements.
The role is hands on doing role with responsibility for strategic projects and you should be able to move easily between both. The business is fast paced and agile, so you must be responsive and nothing too much trouble. You must enjoy building relationships and have some great examples of partnering with leaders to enhance business performance through driving the annual agenda and engagement and well being. You should have great attention to detail and have experience of writing and embedding policies and using data to tell meaningful stories and predict people trends.
