Support on the evolution to team based working and drive a high performance culture using Agile methodologies.
Deliver leadership interventions with a focus on customer centred business agility.
Support with talent attraction and development, to increase skills bandwidth and capability. Be a champion for talent development to ensure leaders and teams build Agile technical knowledge.
Support with strategic workforce planning looking at future needs and capability gaps within the organisation.
