I am working exclusively with a well-known brand in Trowbridge who are actively recruiting for an HR Business Partner. This organisation is market leading in their field with an envious portfolio of products and brands. As the HR Business Partner you will be responsible for supporting and implementing initiatives that support HR strategy on all processes such as performance management, employee engagement, talent management and succession planning.
You will partner with Corporate Functions which is made up of HR, IT, Corporate Affairs and Finance. Headcount of circa 190. This role will be a key point of contact for managers and will be pivotal in driving line manager capability and ownership of the organisation people agenda. The position requires you to connect, understand and influence different stakeholders and will play a role in enabling a culture of inclusion and engagement.
Within the Corporate Services functions you will lead and support business strategy transformation's projects, anticipate succession planning, identify business critical roles and ensure effective organisation planning over an 18 month period. You will think and act ahead: project into the future, consider different options and commit to achieve the ambition of the organisation. As the HRBP you will lead team interventions such as Insights, Team Building and Functional Leadership team sessions. You will also lead and execute all people cycle processes to include, annual salary reviews, talent reviews, job evaluation, employee relations and data analysis.
To be successful in this role you would have been operating as a Business Partner ideally supporting Corporate Functions or centres of excellence. You will demonstrate commercial acumen and deliver commercially focused people strategies. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills and be comfortable working autonomously and leading on various HR projects and initiatives. You will be confident and resilient in your approach and will be able to challenge and influence constructively.
You will be degree qualified and ideally hold a CIPD qualification along with a solid work history of operating within large matrix organisations.
Salary is £55k-£63K + car and bonus depending on experience along with a very attractive benefits package.
