My client is at the forefront of innovation, design and delivery of new ideas to support challenged areas across the world. They are looking to appoint a HR Business Partner for a change specific project on a 9 month FTC.
An exciting time to join the organisation as they embark on a new transformation and change project in HR. A fast paced organisation that is about to undergo substantial change in their HR strategy which will result in a large restructure across the business. The HR provision has largely been transactional and operational and your role as HRBP will be to support the HR Director to stabilise and improve their operations and move to a business partnering model to create a best in class service and offering. Some of the key areas of the HR Strategy will include implementing frameworks such as performance and reward and talent. The restructure gives us an opportunity to define their culture, values and behaviours, this is an exciting time to be supporting the organisation and the HR team for!
As a HR Business Partner you will be responsible for implementing the changes born from the new HR Strategy. Included in this will be the upcoming restructure and transformation process taking place across the organisation. This will be a hands on approach creating the tools for the restructure as well as coordinating and implementing activity. This role will also be working with the HR Director on organisation wide projects such reviewing the results of a recent employee survey and creating action planning, focus groups and improvement projects. This will be used to create their culture and values and define the organisations behaviours. This role will suit an experienced change manager and someone from a traditional BP role used to creating high quality solutions for the organisation.
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate your experience working on change and transformation projects across within a business partner platform. You will have experience working with a diverse group of stakeholders in a fast paced environment whilst also establishing strong relationships with your team and the employees you support. As an established HR Business partner you will have excellent experience of HR project work but equally previous generalist HR knowledge around employees relations, performance management and employee engagement. Experience working on culture change and creating new values and behaviours would be ideal, and you will demonstrate as a change agent that you can bring the employees on the journey with you.
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Location: This role will be home based untill safe to return to the office. Office based in the City of London
Contract type: Start July for 9 months
