Are you an experienced HR Business Partner, with a background working in fast paced and commercial environments? If so my client is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to join the organisation, supporting on the full employee lifecycle. The client is growing both in terms of revenue and headcount, so will require a commercial and agile HR professional who can both lead the delivery of HR in a hands on capacity, whilst helping design and deliver on strategic initiatives.
The role will have control of talent management, succession, TUPE, restructuring, organisational design, leadership development as well as the support of an HR Advisor and HR Admin. Overall, the client group is circa 400-500 employees with more of a focus on the UK region. Operating as part of an HRBP team you will need experience ideally in the financial services or regulated industries, in businesses that don't have centres of excellence.
With an evolving commercial focus, the HR team is embedded alongside their Business Units, so experience operating as a business partner to MD's or Senior Directors is key. There will also be new Diversity & Inclusion initiatives as well as internal levelling and of course a project on how to adapt to a post-Covid working world.
It is essential you are either immediately available or will be available on very short notice as the business need is critical.
