Our client is a growing global asset management firm, headquartered in Europe. They have engaged our services to find a new HR Business Partner to act as an individual contributor and partner with the Singapore office. This is a brand new and exciting hire for the organisation based on the anticipated upcoming growth of the firm across the region.
The business in Asia is growing and stakeholders are ambitious and works fast. Reporting to the TA Manager in Europe, this person will need excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and the ability to stand independently and manage HR processes. This is a 360 role where you will have end to end ownership of all aspects of HR from operations through to executing strategy and acting as a project lead across APAC.
While the headcount locally is small (and growing at speed), the work is incredibly high touch and complex as they build out further offices across the APAC region. You will partner closely with the Asia Leadership team locally (CEO, CFO, Legal Counsel etc) to manage all people / HR related matters across the region in a very hands on HR Generalist position.
This is a perfect opportunity if you are currently a Junior HR Business Partner within the Financial or Professional Services sector and looking for a step up in to a HR Manager level role.
Essential: Minimum 7 years of HR operations and business partnering experience. You must have knowledge of HR policy within Singapore and ideally across Asia due to likely growth in markets such as China, Vietnam, Japan.
