We are delighted to work exclusively with a Financial Services organisation organisation in Manchester to recruit an HR Business Partner. You will become part of a highly successful and collaborative HR Team across the UK.

As an HR Business Partner, you will report into the Head of HR and support employees, managers and business leaders across the corporate/ head office functions. You will provide both an operational and strategic generalist support to the business across all areas of the employee lifecycle. Working closely with managers and business leaders the support you provide will also cover well-being, engagement, succession planning, talent development, diversity and inclusion, development and retention of employees, performance management, employee relations and learning/leadership and development.

This organisation truly believes in internal progression and development and so alongside the above you will be responsible for the support and development of leaders and managers. You will coach and lead on learning & development initiatives to improve skills and capabilities- both formal and informal - therefore you must be comfortable with presenting, coaching and developing managers. You will also lead on organisational change, organisational development and change programmes, experience leading such programmes is essential.

In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate a number of years experience operating as HR Business Partnering, having worked in a highly regulated environment, ideally Banking. You have true, generalist HR business partnering experience and you are comfortable working at both an operational and strategic level. You have change management experience and would be comfortable handling a transformation or change programme. You are an excellent communicator and you are driven by delivering an exceptional level of service to stakeholders all levels. You are confident, credible and have the ability to influence both internally and externally.
