I am delighted to be working with my client a creative, passionate and iconic retail brand to appoint a HR Business Partner.
As HR Business Partner you will be supporting the Head Group function for the UK and Global which includes the C-Suite and all areas across marketing, IT, Digital, Finance and Legal. You will provide a best in class generalist HR service delivering commercial, proactive and timely support and insights, to ensure your client group is inspired, supported and able to perform at their best.
In this role you will support on key areas of HR effectiveness and support the delivery of the HR strategy across your client group whilst maintaining the high performing reputation HR has. You will work on talent development ensuring you partner with your client group and the Talent Acquisition team to lead the succession planning and talent pipeline. You will regularly coach, support, and challenge managers to develop their leadership and commercial abilities to allow them to perform a their best. Working with the L&D team to focus on continue professional development and career plans.
Whilst getting involved in new HR projects and wider business goals you will also maintain a the HR delivery across all areas such as facilitating, supporting and guiding on all employee relations issues to ensure a successful outcome. You will roll out global initiatives and ensure delivery of the Global people plan for your area, and support on projects. You will work with reward team to evolve benchmarking and salary review processes alongside HR duties including continual development pf policy and processes so as always to be up to date and inline with any new employment law regulations.
My client is going through exciting growth and to be successful in this role you must be a commercially minded and experienced HR Business Partner. You will have worked in a growth environment and be able to demonstrate how you supported your client group and business at that time. You will have partnered with C-suite and senior management teams across a Head Office with global exposure. You will be professional, team orientated and used to working in a fast paced and creative environment. You will be a confident and collaborative communicator who is able to build key relationships and drive best performance. You will be able to demonstrate your ability to partner with senior stakeholders and always a line yourself to the company's key values and ethos.
Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + 10% bonus
