We have been retained on a truly exciting HR Business Partner search, partnering with one of the most highly regarded growing technology start-ups across the region, with a clear vision and strong sense of purpose. They have just raised further sizeable funding which will enable them to double in size over the course of the next 12 months. With this in mind, they are looking for a passionate and driven HR Business Partner to join the organization.
You will work closely with the HR leadership team to define and implement the HR Business Partnering strategy from scratch across a number of countries. Operating in a strategic individual contributor role, you will determine the strategic people priorities, set up the HR infrastructure, translate the company-wide vision and mission in to people initiatives, driving a consistent culture across the organization. You will develop the talent management and development proposition, including reviewing succession planning and leadership development. You will put in place a fit for purpose rewards strategy and processes which align with the strategic objectives of the organization as it continues to grow. You will define and implement a best in class HR function and HR Ops managing people processes from on-boarding to exit as the company continues to grow and expand across the region.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a proven leader with executive presence and astute commercial mind and the ability to effectively partner with HR, Business Leaders and Vendors. Strong Technology Start-up experience in Asia is compulsory and ideally international exposure. You will possess extensive managerial experience and the ability to communicate complex principles effectively at all levels within the organization. This role would suit an individual who thrives in a fast paced, results driven environment and who works well in time critical situations.
