I'm currently partnering with one of the largest global public Commodity Trading and Mining companies in the world, who are headquartered in Switzerland, with its oil and gas sectors based in London. In a newly created role, my client is looking for an additional HR Business Partner to join the team. The business is undergoing change which is enabling the HR function to move to being strategic led.
To be considered for this role you will already be working within the Financial Services sector, ideally trading side of a business. Alternatively, you may well be working within a Bank in a specialist resourcing/graduate recruitment role. This role has a heavy bent towards recruitment, graduate scheme and resourcing, partnering with a number of non-revenue generating client groups as well as broadening your skill set into a generalist HRBP style position. You will be involved with driving talent and succession planning as well as working and being involved in several cyclical HR activities. You will possess a commercial mindset with the ability to work with senior stakeholders to influence pragmatic outcomes with a real delivery focus to the business.
