My global client (a successful fitness food brand) with huge financial backing is seeking a strong HR Business Partner to head up the North American HR department in a new standalone role. This is a great opportunity for a true Generalist to join an ambitious international brand with big plans for 2022. On offer is a Hybrid model and a salary up to $160K, depending on experience.
Based in New York City, this brand-new position will partner with senior leaders around the world to drive US HR policies and provide strategic and day to day employee relations duties as well as recruitment solutions. With a supportive international team and solid frameworks already in place, you will be required to roll up your sleeves, head up projects, streamline systems and build out the new US team.
The brand's team culture is hardworking, friendly, collaborative and inclusive. My client is looking for a true ambassador with strong communication skills who can be proactive, creative, strategic and be the 'go-to' figurehead for North America.
