A leading Professional Services business is looking to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner / Manager on an interim basis for 12 months.
This role encompasses a full generalist HR remit supporting an employee group of around 150, working alongside another manager to deliver excellent service to their Green Energy and Renewables business groups.
You will be skilled across ER, Reward, L&D, Recruitment and projects across change and organisational development. You will be supported by subject matter experts within L&D, Recruitment and Reward.
In additional to the cyclical Generalist duties, key projects within this position will include;
- Managing the annual salary and bonus review process advising on market trends,
- Managing the fee earner appraisal process
- Working with L&D ensuring talent is retained
- Managing ER for any grievance, disciplinary or other issue that may arise
Strong / Broad Generalist HR experience - gained within a global Professional Services or Technology environment.
Accurate and detail conscious, able to quickly spot errors in data and respond with clarification and explanation.
Proactive self starter and able to work alone with minimal supervision/support.
Able to deal with high volume, with a mix of operational and strategic deliverables
