We are thrilled to be partnering with a leading financial services company on a HR Business Partner position. Our client currently operates across the Americas, Asia, Australia and Europe. They are ranked one of the world's oldest and largest investment management organizations having been established for close to 100 years.
As a HR Business Partner, you will provide expertise knowledge and advisory surrounding the full scope of human resources including participating in HR initiatives, programmes and processes in place surrounding performance management, organizational design, talent development and diversity & inclusion. You will liaise closely with stakeholders across the Asia offices to provide thoughtful leadership and communication on HR solutions whilst resolving complex situations surrounding employees across the region.
Essential: The suitable candidate should demonstrate at least 5 years' of strong business partnering within the financial services sector. You should have experience working on key initiatives and projects across a full scope of HR whilst being able to act and think strategically, and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders in a thoughtful and responsive manner. Delivery of quality results and attention to detail is essential to this role and you should thrive working in a fast paced environment whilst knowing how to effectively prioritize your responsibilities.
