My client is looking to hire an HR Business Partner based in Bristol on a permanent basis and responsible for partnering an IT/Technology client group. Partnering the CTO and Senior Leadership team, you will support a headcount of c.400 and be responsible for the design, development and delivery of the people strategy, change and operations agenda, while working closely with the COE and HR Administration. You will be responsible for managing and delivering a number of key programmes including: continuous improvement, organisational design, performance, L&D and reward.
Ideally you will be an experienced HR Business Partner who has managed an IT/Technology client group or have worked within a IT/Technology organisation. You will have worked in a strategic capacity with senior leadership teams and able to evidence managing and delivering change/transformation programmes. You will possess strong analytical skills, commercial awareness and the ability to influence and manage relationships at senior levels.
Based in Bristol the role will require occasional travel and they operate a good flexible working policy.
