An exciting exclusive opportunity to work with a well-known successful global Bank. Our client is looking to hire a dynamic Business Partner with experience in managing change, Employee Relations, driving key HR initiatives, strong stakeholder management in a complex matrix set-up. Partnering closely with the SMEs across the HR Service on talent management initiatives and driving cultural change.
The organisation is fast-paced and the BP would need to be both 'hands-on' and strategic where needed. Two businesses are merging together so experience with change management would be desirable.
You would work alongside a medium sized HRBP team that are locally and globally situated. Once established, the BP will be able to expand their remit and undertake stretch projects and roles because the HR team is mid-sized and the HR Director is very flexible and passionate about development.
There is a large expatriate group within the bank, so any experience in dealing with senior expats would be desirable.
An autonomous role, they are looking for people with a strong skillset to move their businesses groups forward.
Partnering both front and back office functions.
Highly desirable: Experience of partnering with Operations and Technology
