I am delighted to be working with one of my Bath clients on an exclusive basis to help them recruit an HR Coordinator on 12-month fixed term contact.

This is a great opportunity to work within a busy, fast paced, and fun HR team who will offer exposure to all areas of HR.

My client is offering a salary of up to £27K + benefits and hybrid working. They believe its people are key to its success!

As the HR Coordinator you will report into the HR Business partner and provide all HR support across the organisation, as well as supporting on HR projects. You will ensure a high-quality service is delivered in line with employment legislation and will act as the first point of contact for all HR enquires.

Main responsibilities will include all actions around the employee lifecycle, starters, leavers, pre-employment checks, contracts, changes to terms and conditions, maternity, paternity and inductions.

Recruitment, you will be heavily involved in all aspects of recruitment administration including, assisting line managers with creating job descriptions, arranging interviews, liaising with recruitment agencies, attending interviews, advertising of vacancies utilising various methods and ensuring all feedback and offers are made within set timeframes.

Your role will also include ensuring the HR system is kept up to date with employee information, recording of absence and leave and producing monthly reports for senior managers.


As the HR Coordinator you will also take responsibility for first line support on all employee relations queries providing advice and guidance and escalating where necessary. You will ensure all managers are fully trained on all HR processes and procedures to ensure an efficient and effective HR service.

To be successful in this role you will have been working in an HR environment in a supportive capacity and looking to take the next step in your career. You will have a solid understanding of HR process and best practice and will enjoy being the first point of contact for all enquires. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills as well as being highly organised with a can-do attitude. You will have completed your CIPD level3 and ideally studying for level 5. Your ambition and drive within HR to provide a good service will allow you to shine within this role and become a permanent person within the team.
