We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Professional to shape and implement the people strategy, ensuring delivery of the annual agenda and key people projects. Working together with the leadership team, there will be opportunity to drive change to enhance the environment, creating a nurturing and supportive culture which enables employees to feel engaged and able to be productive.

Day to day will include overseeing, the whole HR offering in the UK, ensuring it is fit for purpose and compiles with legislation and is effective.in attracting, engaging and developing our people. We're on a journey improve the people function so this is a great role for someone who love driving positive change.
You will have overall responsibility for all recruitment, ensuring the process is effective and meets legal and equality standards. Support with the creation of a resourcing tool kit to support leaders through the process and advise on best routes to market to attract the best candidates and keep control of spend, with external partners.
Take a look at our pay and reward offering and benchmark on an going basis to ensure its both attractive and competitive in the market. You will need to review our benefits providers and take the lead negotiating with any third parties. Participate in salary and benefits surveys, drawing insight from the data to advise on decisions. Oversee pension and benefits administration on a monthly basis and all communications, ensure all pension and benefits meet statutory requirements. in conjunction with the finance team you will also have responsibility for the monthly payroll and ensuring any changes are actioned.
Keep abreast of legislative changes and advise management on employment law issues, consulting with outside counsel if required.
Partner with Legal Counsel in handling any employee relations issues if needed and ensure all processes, templates and documents are fit for purpose, considering Health and safety, training and compliance, GDPR, IR35, Immigration, DE&I and the apprenticeship levy.
