My client is a market leading and award-winning organisation who take pride in the service they provide their customers. This is a pivotal role where you will be responsible for setting strategies on key people initiatives, developing leadership and workforce development programmes and supporting the organisations growth plans and successful implementation and onboarding of new business.

HR Director. Up to £90,000 + Impressive discretionary Bonus. Based in Surrey - offering Hybrid Working

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and commercially astute HR Director to join an innovative and ambitious organisation. As the HR Director you will report into the Global Markets HR Director and will be responsible for assessing the strategic and operational needs of the organisation, facilitating the achievement of business objectives by effectively integrating and applying HR knowledge and expertise, playing a key leadership role in implementing long-term strategic people programmes and providing strong change management leadership by helping the business through transformation and adapting changing business conditions. In addition, you will also support the local budgeting process, work closely with key stakeholders to identify potential local employment law risks and contribute to organisational and talent growth by applying a solid understanding of workforce planning, leadership supply and employee retention.

To be successful in this role you will have an impressive background operating in Director Level HR leadership roles and a proven track record of driving successful people strategies to aid business performance, employee engagement and a culture of learning and progression. You will also have strong TUPE experience, extensive knowledge of local labour laws and employment legislation and be highly experienced at working within and collaborating across globalised matric organisations.
