This critical appointment in Kurdistan will be one of the leaders in driving this transformational change and will report into the Country Head. Your role will be to map the strategy and culture change program and then mobilize the HR team and wider business to embed and deliver the change.
Heading up a team of HR professionals you will oversee Organisational Design and Development and work closely with the business to align the People Strategy to the goals of the organisation.
This position will best suit a highly strategic, exceptionally strong senior HR professional with a passion and energy to drive transformation and change in huge, complex organisations.
